- Aisulu Kalshabekova (Co-Founder & CEO) Founder obsessed with customer success. She found the problem while working at a large bank in Kazakhstan, where 50+ analysts handled one flow for classifying and ticketing customer complaints.
LinkedIn - Samat Kalshabekov (Co-Founder & CTO) Founder with a strong UX/DX obsession.
